“All About You!” is an educational health and wellness program aimed at providing consumers with information to help you lead a healthy lifestyle.

Stefanie Sjuts, MSE, NSCA-CPT, serves as the Health and Wellness Advisor for Affiliated Foods Midwest, Jones’ Food Center’s grocery supplier. Her goal is to help educate consumers so that they can better understand today’s often complex health and wellness issues.
