Jim Waters is our fresh foods manager where we feature Mister Smith’s Bakery, Café
& Catering. With Jim’s fine team that includes Larry Smith, the chief architect of Mister
Smith’s breads, they produce some of the finest foods in South Dakota. From scratch-
baked fresh crusty breads to gourmet sandwiches, you won’t be disappointed and you
certainly won’t leave hungry! Try one bite of Larry’s Salted Baguettes or even his world
famous Chicken Salad Sandwich and you’ll be hooked. You’ll see why Oprah! Magazine

We’re also very proud to feature Monica Iverson and Cakes by Monica. Plain and simple,
you haven’t had a finer decorated cake until you’ve had one of Monica’s! Not only is she
an award-winning cake decorator, but also her cakes are fresh baked…never frozen!
And, her frosting is homemade buttercream. Ask around to other stores and see if they
